- fdep:landuse_code cannot be really trusted anyway, as people can modify geometries
(iD mappers will not even see it)
- it discourages mappers from editing landuse
- based on my personal experience, such tags are thoroughly useless
Also, if checking fdep:landuse_code is necessary to understand what is going on
then it means that data was imported badly.
(nevertheless I am on opposite side of the globe - but based on my experience
I really dislike such tags and consider them as harmful)
