So, how does it look now? The 2 weeks are over. Good that we waited, now we have many important conclusions from the discussion. But seriously, the longer the wait, the harder it will be to conflate. Older landuse imports like Rhode Island, New Jersey and Canada hadn't such annoying conflation problems because the map just was totally empty.
How exactly does this work now with the Tasking Manager? Do you give it the data and it splits it automatically into squares (which people can download), or would I have to do that myself (from your county file (which works now, i had to reset all JOSM settings to default))? I hope the squares are not too small, 10-15 squares per county should be absolute maximum. Otherwise, people will never finish anything (FL has 67 counties, for our folks without the slightest "local knowledge").
Is the orginal landuse description now retained or not? By the way, it is not "coming down from DWG", it's from a members private opinion. If it isn't kept, then please put actually useless import tags like gnis:created or NHD:ComID on the discard lists immediately. And how does it look with merging ""same"" landuses?
Greetings
