[Imports] UPLOADING U-WIMP project data to osm

Hello Stellamaris,

The community needs to have access to all of the data in the format that
you intend to import so that we can review it, especially given the issues
so far with this dataset.

BTW, there is no GeoJSON file in the repository[0] that I am seeing, only
the .csv and the .osm file.
