Yes, none of the addr:housenumber and addr:lot are valid. Given that
addr:lot was originally addr:ilot, I think it represents blocks as there
are dozens of buildings sharing the same ID ("ilôt" means block -
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/City_block). None of these can be verified in
the field so they must be internal to some database.
Btw, the user is continuing to add tons of buildings, but now with only
building=yes as tag.
