[Imports] Bevendean Down

Dear all,

I am new to this. My area of interest is the county of Sussex in the UK.

Open Street Map displays the boundaries of many of the UK Local Nature
Reserves (LNR). For example, you can search for the Beacon Hill
<https://www.openstreetmap.org/way/96662828>, Ladies Mile
<https://www.openstreetmap.org/way/150255646> and Whitehawk Hill
<https://www.openstreetmap.org/way/878885045> LNRs. However, other LNRs are
not on OSM. See for example, Bevendean Down Local Nature Reserve
<https://www.wikidata.org/wiki/Q65048263>. I have been led to believe that
we can import from data.gov.uk
<https://www.data.gov.uk/dataset/acdf4a9e-a115-41fb-bbe9-603c819aa7f7/local-nature-reserves-england>
although
I have never done this before. Would someone be able to help me with this?
I'd very much like to know how we can get this rectified. There are
other LNRs that are not on it too. If it is a question of doing it
ourselves, I would be happy to learn how to do it and would be happy to
receive guidance via a manual or a video conference or whatever.
