[josm-dev] Lot's of JOSM Plugins (openvisible, slippymap, livegps, surveyor, osmarender) no longer compile!

Hi,

I have fixed these to work with the new JOSM without loss.

I had to re-introduce the deleted RawGpsLayer to JOSM for this to
work; in the long run, LiveGPS needs to be changed to use the new
GpxLayer instead.

> surveyor

I had to disable the GPX trace auto-save function in this plugin
because it relied on GpxWriter functionality that is no longer
available; it is probably a minor change to get this fixed but I can't
do it right now - at least it compiles now.
