That would be a "bulk join node to way" and maybe not the same menu
entry that what we currently have. There's more on this, e.g. having a
preview and alike.

Sounds good. If we have this, the "join node to way" function will
probably become just obsolete in it's current form.
Unless we have that, I'll move that function into the core.

As Martijn mentioned, we might want to keep the utility plugin as a
shell for "experimental" utilities.

FULL ACK. I use the join function "daily", so having to install that
plugin just for this function seems cumbersome.
