[josm-dev] PATCH: Merge nodes

I had a quick idea, and have put an updated patch for review
or nicking code from at:

  http://dl.newtoncomputing.co.uk/merge-nodes-move.patch

The "merge nodes" option on the menu (ctrl-sh-M) is the same
as before.  However you can now merge by dragging a node (or
nodes) on top of another node (basically in select/move
mode) whilst holding down Control. Probably have to press
ctrl after you start dragging, so it doesn't mess up the
selection.

Apologies for the code, it might need a bit of tidying - it
was more of a proof-of-concept than anything else (and
anyway, I don't confess to being a java programmer ;-) ).
