[josm-dev] [Patch] Simplify intersection code and make snap to threshold configurable

I have submitted a patch to trac 
(http://josm.openstreetmap.de/ticket/691) to clean a bit the code that 
determines the intersection of two segments.

It also adds a preference to adjust how far from the intersection you 
can click in order for the node to be added in the intersection.

The reason for this patch is that in my area most streets are laid out 
in a grid and sometimes when I click somewhat off the intersection the 
grid gets distorted.
