Sorry, I answered in error only to Frederik. He has already replied, and
I think his reply (and the update of LICENSE) is enough for having the
copyright status clearly expressed. The only last thing that I'd like
to point out is that
src/org/openstreetmap/josm/io/MultiPartFormOutputStream.java isn't and
can't be GPL (is copyrighted from Sun).

Thank you all JOSM developers very much!

Is the fact that you're releasing your code to PD written everywhere?
If it is not, the completely opposite thing is assumed by default:
you're retaining all your rights, as Gabriel has already said.

I'd like if you could at least clarify it in a central file. A much
better approach would be to include a notice saying this in all the
files, but I understand your point when you say it's a bit hard-working
(even if I'd certainly do it in a project belonging to me - I like to
be as clear as possible on copyright points).

What can you say me about images? I think they're also supposed to be
GPL (hope 2 or later). Could you please add also a note for this?
Motivations are always the same: being clear about these things. Sorry
for bothering you, but I think this helps the whole FOSS community!

Thank you again! :-)
