I know this isn't a JOSM plugin but people might like to know that it's
possible to upload tracks using the multiplatform GPX editor/viewer viking (
http://sourceforge.net/projects/viking/), which can display GPS data over
OSM maps (mapnik, osmarender and maplint supported!), among other things.
