Hi,

I've had the same issue under Windows 2003 Server today. At home I'm
running Linux with no speed issues at all. Windows uses JDK 1.6.0_11,
Linux uses IcedTea 1.3.1. On windows it was unusable slow.

Regards,
 Christoph
