Don't like it much, but I don't like Amenity as well.

Until noone offers a better word I will use "Einrichtung".

Translate "Man made" with "Zivilisationsbauten" is also not one of the 
best.

Ok. I finished German translation. 1538 strings are ready. I made the new 
lang plugin available. Please test and tell me errors or better translations.
