[josm-dev] OpenLayers plugin committed to SVN (was: JOSM WMS does not work with Firefox 3)

I've commited to SVN the openlayers plugin.

This is only a proof of concept, and much (very much) needs to be done. I
made it some months ago, but will not continue developing it, so any
developer wanting to finish it is very welcome.

It uses the Cobra libray (version 0.98.2) and ehcache (although it should be
replaced for a simpler, much simpler, custom made cache). Take a look to the
Readme file for some things that need to be done.
