[josm-dev] The new display of "boundaries of downloaded data" is very nice!

Hi!

I don't know who implemented the improved visualisation of the areas not 
already downloaded, but:

This was well done!


The dashed yellow lines are much better to work with compared to the 
simple yellow line around the downloaded area as it was before. This 
single line confused me all the time, so I usually switched this feature 
off.


I was thinking about improving this display myself, but now it's already 
in JOSM :-)))
