[josm-dev] Download along track

This is just awesome.

There is one problem that I've found so far. At the corners of the  
bboxes that are downloaded there isn't enough overlap so you get small  
sections of the track that don't have a lot of data around them. This  
is far more prevalent with parts of track that are heading NW/SE or  
even just NNW/SSE, as my tyipical journey to and from work takes me.
