LOL. Ok, I have ignored/deleted that class/file. If someone neds it, we 
can revive it later.

The keyboard manager patch is in the TRAC, ticket #1622. However, spam 
prevention stopped me from uploading the very last file, that would be 
JOSM.java, as already uploaded in #1598. (#1622 replaces #1598)

I included a "svn status -u" dump, so you see where the new files belong 
(and that the GroupAction must be deleted).

I plan on also uploading a diff with all the whitespace changes, so that 
the code will not look that ugly. Next hour...

About the PlaformHook: Usually I prefer not to put two things into one 
patch, but I needed platform specific code for the keyboard manager, so 
I created the PlatformHooks and put something in. They are far from 
finished, however. And the good news: All the OSX code from the #1598 is 
now in one class.
