Using Windows XP and JOSM version 1042

I've just downloaded the new version, and cant get anything to load from 
JOSM.  Though I can if I run webkit-image from the command line.

Running JOSM from a shell  I note the following commands when I try and use 
the plugin to download a Yahoo image

WMS::Browsing YAHOO: [webkit-image, 
file://G:/Documents%20and%20Settings/David/A
pplication%20Data/JOSM/plugins/wmsplugin/ymap.html?request=getmap&format=image/j
peg&bbox=-1.1587143,50.6830215,-1.1479855,50.6937504&width=500&height=500]

I just wonder if it should be file:///  note the three '/'  not two as shown 
above?
