[josm-dev] JOSM-NG and eclipse rcp

I haven't looked at it recently, but I think this are the problems we
might have to consider:

- We will always be limited to the platforms where eclipse
  (and swt) are available

- The install footprint will probably grow by some MB

Personaly I think there are other java GUI frameworks out
there, which don't require some native code.
