[josm-dev] Slow WMS Yahoo (WebKit)

I'm experiencing similar issues with my Windows XP JOSM install (latest
versions for both WMSplugin and JOSM), additionally getting tiles when
zoomed very far in results in pixelated gray and white blocks. My Ubuntu
install seems to work just fine.
