50% total.

The numbers pretty much look like the user stats, so I would say nearly 
100% use native language when available. Only supporting the "MAJOR" 
languages would be the totally wrong sign from my point of view. We want 
more users outside of British and German area, not less.

Could we come back to reality? 5MB are in no way bloatware. Most of the 
translations are the presets which are a very important part of JOSM.
