[josm-dev] Missing data after upload - only points, no street/way

Hi!

I'm currently using version 1504 of JSOM (on Windows). I typically
open the GPX file with new tracks (downloaded from OSM) and convert it
to a data layer. I then make my edits and upload to OSM. This has
worked flawlessly in earlier versions, but yesterday it failed. For
some reason only the points were stored on OSM - no connected points
and hence no streets. And without streets, the info about street names
and so on is gone. There were no error indications in JOSM and the
upload dialog had the normal list of points to add and new streets.
(I have visited informationfreeway.org and requested rendering several
times without making any difference.)

I have searched (using Google) and read the OSM and JOSM wiki, but
found nothing useful. I checked the status of the OSM servers and they
claimed to be OK yesterday. So I'm asking here first to track this
down - I'm not claiming that this is a JOSM bug.

Please let me know what you need to look at this or point me in the
right direction. As you can see from the history of one of the points

marked as being part of any way/street. The tiles that should have
been updated are

PS! I didn't have the validity plugin installed (but I do now).
