Problem is fixed now. It was a lot of work but in the last months the spam
filter got more and more reliable. There have been no false positives in
last time (except due to this IP bug mentioned above) and the false
negatives in the wiki pages seem to be fixed also. I keep training the
bayes filter, but currently most spam is detected with 100.0%, seldom
something below 99.8% :-) Most wanted submissions are 0.0% seldom above
10%.
