[josm-dev] Preparing data set?

  Hello,

Lately when I download a additional zone, JOSM displays a "Preparing data
set" message which can take several minutes. I do not remember seeing it
before (or maybe it was quick so I did not notice it). Did something change
that would explain this? It is pretty annoying that it takes so long to
download an additional zone.
