Just to mention some practical problem...with images....
Who has the unmodified image on the 1st help page
showing the edit regions in JOSM
If i keep the EN version ,the help consistency is broken,
as the explaining strings ( Main toolbar etc ) remain English..

Of course I can create my own screendump--

But some consistency is not a bad thing...

Just to mention some practical problem...with wiki urls....
I understand they will remain in English

Yes. This is completely missing.

Go to the english page, click edit, copy whole text, go to your page, edit and paste text. Now start translating.

Add "(revision=xxx)" in TranslatedPages-macro to point to correct revision of english page - Add 0 first, press preview and you see the correct number.

See other translated pages for references how to do specific things, e.g.
how to link certain images and the like.

As said lots of translators save partial translated pages (also to be sure they don't translate for a long time and then the webbrowser crashs).

Note: You did change StartupPageSource - you also changed text of one of the "xnl:"-entries. The x means outdated, so the english string has changed and the nl needs to be updated. Afterwards the "x" can be removed.
There is one xnl: and one missing nl: in this page.

Ciao
