[josm-dev] Using locally stored tiles with JOSM Imagery

For OSMtracker I'm dowloading and storing locally tiles with JTileDowmloader
from 
OpenStreetMap http://www.openstreetmap.org/ and 
Thaimap http://thaimap.osm-tools.org.
They are stored in a directory structure: "\Zoom\X\Y.png" (Windows).

It would be great if I could use them not only with OSMtracker on my mobile
but also with JOSM Imagery when I'm out to collect data with JOSM livegps
and surveyor on my netbook. Is this possible and how can I do that?
