JOSM documentation is a wiki (http://josm.openstreetmap.de/wiki/Help or 
<F1> anywhere in the software for context sensitive help). Feel free to 
improve it whereever necessary.

Suggestions should go into JOSM Trac (http://josm.openstreetmap.de/). This 
also includes such minor issues as a divider line. Maybe nobody ever 
thought about it until now.
