The plugin is caching the result of the history service. This has the 
problem, that an just fixed way (odbl=clean) is not moved to the 
overridden section of the plugin at the next push at the checking button 
"Lizenzüberprüfung".

If i add the clean tag, it should be reported clean without making an 
request or using an old result.
