[josm-dev] Recent add behavior change.

Previously, when selecting (A)dd, if you had a selected node in a way,
it would use that as the starting point for the add.

Now, the node still appears selected, but you have to click on
something (not necessarily the selected node, but any node) to
actually start drawing a new line.

I run the "latest" JOSM and I can't pin down an exact revision number
where it changed, but it was probably in the last 2 to 3 weeks.

Was this change intentional?
