You can edit the page http://josm.openstreetmap.de/wiki/Maps to add new 
sources. You should document authorization somewhere, see e.g.

http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Aerial_Imagery
http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/DE:Permissions
http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Category:Data_sources

and add the correct links in the corresponding meta tags of the entry.
