[josm-dev] "convert to multipolygon" and "create multipolygon"

Until recently there were 2 multipolygon actions in the tools tab: convert
to MP and create MP. Now it seems that convert to multipolygon has changed
name and is now called create MP, while the old create MP has disappeared.
Is there a way to get the "create MP" behavior back? (i.e. add the outer
and inner way roles to the ways, but don't move the tags from the ways to
the relation).
