I don’t like it either, but in most (at least Asian) countries this is
done regularly like this. But I am not talking about the name=... tag,
but about the name:xx=... tags. Nobody excepts to put 10 languages in
the plain name tag. For that, name:xx are there.

But I guess this issue has deviated too much from my original mail.
