[josm-dev] New Mapcss - where to develop it locally on windows?

Hi,

I love JOSM< thank you for your hard work.

I am in the process of making a new paint style, but I cannot figure out
how to get it to load.

I am developing locally on windows.  I was thinking I could just point the
paintstyles dialog to my mapcss file, in a folder below JOSM, and that
everything would be fine.
I then moved it all over to JOSMs cache folder where downloaded styles,
like the HDM style are kept, and pointed to the file there.

I cannot get my icons to load.  HDM styles load fine, but my icons do not.

Can you give me any hints as to where my mapcss and subfolder with icons
should be located, and then how to load them in the mappaint dialog (if
there are special instructions).
