You know that Validator has an "Ignore" feature. It allows you to ignore
* all warnings of a certain type,
* a specific warning,
* a specific group of warnings.

I'm not sure if this also works for the newest MapCSS based warnings, but 
instead of adding tags to the database I'd propose to fix this feature if 
not working.
