Server upgrade maintenance & switch to Java 8

Hi,

The planned server upgrade did not occur yet. The new schedule is tomorrow
12 pm.

Java 8 migration will not occur tomorrow, we will maintain Java 7 binaries
for a few days until the last remaining issues blocking 16.06 release are
sorted out.
