Just let me inform about one point: starting this Sunday until next 
Wednesday the FOSSGIS conference will happen at Salzburg (Sunday = 
OSM-sunday => some kind of hackday).

As for my understanding on https://josm.openstreetmap.de also the 
download for JOSM is hosted: it would be quite nice if the access would 
be possible while the conference (e.g. to support somebody who has some 
questions or wants to set up his laptop or [whatever] )...
