Release Announcement: General Availability of JDK 10

Hi Dalibor,
One last question concerning JOSM & Quality Outreach.
Three years ago I asked about this:
https://bugs.openjdk.java.net/browse/JDK-8058778
There was real progress making us believe it would land in Java 9, then
nothing.
Can you please give us a status update?
