License of JOSM sheenshots

Sorry for legal obnoxiousness, hopefully it is OK to post it here.

What is the license of JOSM screenshots?

I am trying to process https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Category:Media_without_a_license
and mark files that are on open license as OK to keep 
(and nominate for deletion files that are copyright violations or pointless
or otherwise problematic).

Several of files there are JOSM screenshots that can be (as far as I know)
kept, but there was no licensing template to document this

I created 
https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Template:JOSM_screenshot_without_imagery
(and plan to create matching template where background needs extra license)

Can you review it for misleding/broken/problematic issues?
Is it necessary to change anything?
Have I missed something important?

(Wikimedia Commons policies are not applicable but research of legal situation 
is often useful)
