Aerial imagery on screen of laptop on photo of several people mapping during mapathon
is likely de minimis and not problematic.

If aerial imagery is main focus of image, or one of primary elements it would be relevant.

Disclaimer: I am not a lawyer, I just read too much about copyright because I needed to
check something and I am not rich enough to hire lawyers so I needed to do it on my own.
