[Learnosm-coord] List admin note - non list member sending email to list

Hi all,

Just a short note: as list admin I get a notice when someone who hasn't 
signed up for the list tries to send an email to the list, usually it is 
spam.

But I have received 2 notices like this recently (I just edited the 
email to not include the whole thing):

     From:    ben.fourn****
     Subject: Re: [Learnosm-coord] translation header
     Reason:  Post by non-member to a members-only list

And a link to the moderation queue. However, when I go to the moderation 
queue, there are no messages to moderate.

I just thought I would post it to the list in case it is a legitimate 
email and ben would like to join up on the list so his email messages 
get properly passed to the list and to let everyone know mailman is 
being a little strange for some reason, at least in its treatment of 
ben's messages.
