[Learnosm-coord] What is the file naming convention?

Could someone please explain the file naming convention in the _posts
folders to me?

I sort of get the 0x00- part of the file name as it sort of groups the
files by chapter and difficulty.

But what about the second part of the file names that look like dates?
12-21, 12-22, etc

Why are they named like that?

I am guessing it has something to do with us using a blog post oriented
software to create a static learning guide, but could someone explain to
me specifically how/why the are named they way they are?

Why not start with 01-01 or skip a few "days" between each one in case a
file needs to be added later in between two existing files?

Any information about this I would greatly appreciate.

And, just a reminder, I am working on something of a re-write of the
main contributing.md file:

https://github.com/bgirardot/learnosm/blob/gh-pages/CONTRIBUTING.md

Feedback, especially on the "Detailed Workflow" part of the document
would be greatly appreciated.

cheers,
blake
