[Learnosm-coord] Learnosm-coord Digest, Vol 9, Issue 3

Hi all,

Thanks for the effort.

If there are clear guidelines on translations, they (guidelines) could  
make the translations quicker for someone who might have time, yet not  
a githubber.

Hopefully i could get some time (again) to find ways of contributing.
