We are trying to make Transifex the main tool. We have some documents in
LearnOSM that have been translated and are up to date, but that text has
not been captured in Transifex yet.
If someone could step through the pages in transifex, with the translation
from LearnOSM in hand and enter it into transifex, I think that would work
here is my guess maybe what we need, but I am not sure.
I also do not have total insight into the process, but I know we like
Transifex and are trying to get all translated text into Transifex.
We also want to make sure we value everyone's time and contributions, but
have had the skills needed to do the process for each individual language
and page yet.
Our transifex project says this about LearnOSM:
Dutch (Netherlands) (nl_NL) 32%
1,935 strings to translate
https://www.transifex.com/hotosm/learnosm-1/dashboard/
Any insights or help you could provide as to the state of the Dutch
translation(s) in Transifiex for the pages in question and how it compares
to the state of the translation in LearnOSM are most welcome, that is
difficult for those of us that don't speak Dutch to determine.
This is a screenshot of our tracking document for Transifex translations to
go to the live LearnOSM website:
http://screenpresso.com/=0PDNc
I highlighted the NL column, those are the dates I think we moved the
current translation from transifex to the live learnosm website. and if
there is no date, we have not moved translations from transifex to the live
learnosm website for those pages yet at all.
If LearnOSM website is good to go into Transifex, but is not there yet, let
us figure out how to make that happen.
If we just need to push translated text from Transifex to the live learnosm
website, great, we know how to do that.
Regards,
Blake
