[Learnosm-coord] Hello again Learnosm!

Hey Learn-osm crew,

As an Outreachy intern last winter I helped update some parts of the help
site and helped initiate some conversations about reorganizing the content
discussing the learnosm site's priorities.

Since then I've had a baby girl and started working on GitHub's help site
as a Product Help Content Writer. I am so grateful to this community for
your help in helping me learn about how to contribute to open source
documentation through GitHub, Git and GitHub Pages and I'd like to pay it
forward as my schedule allows! This last Friday our work had a "volunteer"
day and I gladly decided to volunteer for learnosm. :

Since last year I've gained a lot more skills in helping with documentation
sites, working with Jekyll, and writing documentation so I hope I can be of
more service even with less time. I've started a draft consolidating
@Nicktallguy's new contributor guide with @althio's feedback in this
issue https://github.com/hotosm/learnosm/issues/329
and tried to update the site's configuration settings in
https://github.com/hotosm/learnosm/issues/492#event-523804331.
