I can send you the live code if it helps. I also have a list of the
IPs of the people who have filled out the poll. I do not have data
matching IP <-> vote, and I'm not comfortable sharing the IP list with
everyone for privacy reasons.

To be honest, I'm surprised the issue of polling systems hasn't come
up before. The project's decisions are supposed to be made by the
community, right? Surely then, there must be a way of finding out the
community's opinion on issues..?
