No. Most of them have already signed up for PD and by doing that they
have given that power away. Good for you ;-)

Agreed (except maybe the word "withdraw", because nobody can withdraw
their data, they can just refuse to provide it under another
license!). We also need to know who would refuse to re-license under
PD if the whole project went that way, and we will have to assess what
amount of data would be affected either way.

I fear that this cannot be achieved by the Wiki and mailing lists
alone.
