Frederik, come on, he's a lawyer and telling us one way or the other  
would be advice, and he can't give us that.

All he's doing is making sure he's not giving us advice, and that's  
perfectly fine, surely? We haven't paid him anything or signed a  
contract for him to represent us. If we did, then we may get that kind  
of advice.
