No problem with that. If 80n has been referring to situations where 
something could not be accurately mapped due to restrictions in our data 
model or due to problems encountered during surveying, then I completely 
misread his statement and must ask you to please accept my apologies.

I thought he was referring to situations where something could easily 
have been accurately mapped but the mapper willingly introduced an error 
or inaccuracy that he would not normally have put there. Someone else 
said "watermarking", that kind of thing.
