for any given area, there are unlikely to be a prohibitively large
number of data sets that need attribution. i see a short line of text
on a separate floating layer, hyperlinked to a page on the wiki
containing the whole text, similar to how google attribute data on gm:

even with 5 of these displayed on screen at any one time in a small

not our responsibility - the data is available from numerous sources,
none of whom are required to police it's use. neither are we

unfortunately, most will want their name in lights at the point the
data is viewed, not in the wiki where 99% of users will probably not
see it
