we've (the members of the nzopengis list) actually already got
explicit consent to use the data, the lawyers at linz have been
looking it over since december.

they came back with the statement i posted originally about the
attribution they wanted. it's now up to us to come up with some way of
displaying that, and ask them if it's acceptable
